The Challenge:

Structured service plan needed.

The Rylib team knows that as farm staff skill-bases have changed over the years, so requires structured service plans to ensure their crucial farm machinery and its components are regularly assessed, monitored and repaired so it can continue to run at the highest efficiency levels. They enlisted the help of the Morrison Agri team to carry out regular maintenance and scheduled servicing for their farm machinery.

The Morrison Agri  Solutions:

Manual system replaced with automated.

The Morrison team always takes heed of the instructions in the machinery manuals. Whatever the manufacturer suggests as to when each machine needs to be serviced is when they return to the farm to carry out their checks. The complete servicing of each machine is picked up within a 12-month period.

The Outcomes:

Fewer breakdowns, better quality.

Rylib Group has gone from 6-10 breakdowns a year across the farm to two, so a regular and structured service plan for this farm has definitely paid dividends! The farmer has noticed a significant reduction in callouts and the fees incurred. Regular servicing means ultimately avoiding any quality issues by having things replaced before they really become a nightmare. More efficiency around the farm, better quality and longevity of crucial machinery, and less disruption overall.
