A large Herringbone farm shed, hugely labour reliant, was looking to automate much of their systems in order to free up staff for other farm operations. This farmer wanted an automatic cup remover, a teat mixer and a sprayer system.

Back at the office and in conjunction with the customer’s vision, an action plan was set in place. With good preparations in place, the whole installation process took just 8-10 days from start to finish.

The installation took place during the actual milking season so the team had to work around the day-to-day functioning of the farm. Both Morrison Agri and the farm staff worked well together and got the system commissioned and running smoothly before the end of the season.
